We’re enhancing your HNB Online Banking/App and havanabank.com experience on February 13, 2025! Here’s the timeline and what you need to know: 

Service Downtime & Important Dates (All times approximate) 

🔹 Bill Pay Unavailable 
📅 February 11 at 5:00 AM – February 13 at 9:00 AM 

  • Scheduled payments will still be processed. 
  • Set up any new payments before February 11 to avoid disruptions. 
     

🔹 Limited Online & Mobile Banking Access 
📅 February 11 at 3:00 PM – February 13 at 9:00 AM 

  • Inquiry Only Mode: View balances, but no online transfers or Bill Pay. 
  • Debit Card Control Unavailable: You will NOT be able to turn your card on/off.  

🔹 Launch Day – New Online Banking Goes Live! 
📅 February 13 at 9:00 AM 

  • Access the new and improved website, Online Banking/App and Bill Pay platform!
  • Log in using the same credentials you currently have.
  • If you currently use alerts, any previous text, email, or push alerts will NOT carry over. You will be prompted to set up new alerts upon login.
